Our in-store Deli was installed in 2006 and has proved hugely popular with its selection of fresh pâtés, olives, hummous, pies, sunblush tomatoes, stuffed peppers, cold meats, pesto and tahina.
Thinking about ham?
We stock fabulous hams, on the bone, honeyroast or plain. All our hams are produced by Scott Free Range Hams, a fantastic local producer based in Lancing, West Sussex.
Say Cheese ... locally!
The Deli hosts an exciting array of cheeses, including sheeps', goats', cows' and organic cheeses, with many local varieties, including Duddleswell Ewe, Ashdown Foresters and Sussex Charmer. Fabulous English cheeses include the infamous "Stinking Bishop", made famous by Wallace and Grommit, and our most popular cheddar is "Barber's Vintage" which is matured for 18 months, giving it a unique and pleasant flavour.
