Accessibility

We're committed to making our events as accessible and inclusive as possible. To help us provide the right support in a fair, consistent and secure way, we work in partnership with Nimbus Disability and the recognised Access Card scheme.

If you require reasonable adjustments such as an Essential Companion Ticket or Queueing Support, you can apply for a free Tulleys Digital Access Pass. Your access requirements will be independently assessed by Nimbus, removing the need to repeatedly provide supporting documentation each time you visit.

Once approved, your Tulleys Digital Access Pass is valid for three years and can be used across all applicable Tulleys events (linked below). Each event may offer different accessibility provisions, so please visit the relevant event page below for information on what is available and how to book any support you require.

If you already have a Nimbus Access Card, you do not need to apply again. Simply use your existing Access Card when booking accessibility support for any Tulleys event.

If you would like your access requirements to be recognised by thousands of attractions, venues and ticketing systems across the UK, you can choose to upgrade your free Tulleys Digital Access Pass to a full Access Card during the application process.
