Office Admin and General Support - Temporary Contract
Tulleys Farm is looking for an Office Admin team member to join our office and support the Visitor Experience team throughout our busy events period. This is a temporary role up until 30th December 2026
Start Date: Monday 17th August 2026
End Date: Wednesday 30th December 2026
Must be able to work weekends.
3 days a week throughout August, early September and November. 5 days a week during late September, October and December. Shifts work on a rota basis and include weekends.
Shifts are either: 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm
Job Specification:
- Handling incoming enquiries by email and telephone
- Handling any messages coming through on our Social Media Platforms.
- Processing customer bookings
- Taking payments and handling documentation
- Sending confirmations of all details as required
- General Admin for the office.
Person Specification:
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be well-organised, enthusiastic and hard-working
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to deal with the demands of working in a pressured environment
Interviews will take place on Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd July.
