Office admin assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a professional and articulate candidate who is passionate about client services to help support our busy season.

 

Duties include:

  • Answering telephone calls, dealing with customers queries
  • Dealing with booking requests, for all events
  • Responding to emails
  • Keeping the Office area clean and tidy
  • General Admin

The ideal person will be:

  • Highly organised with excellent Customer Service skills
  • Flexible with hours
  • Able to cover requests that are sometimes last minute.
  • Punctual

 

Hours:

September

09:00am-17:00am Tuesday- Friday & Sunday

October

10:00AM- 19:00pm Monday -Friday & Sunday
