Office Admin and General Support - Temporary Contract

Job Description

Tulleys Farm is looking for an Office Admin team member to join our office and support the Visitor Experience team throughout our busy events period. This is a temporary role up until 24th December 2025.

Must be able to work weekends.

5 days a week

Shifts are either: 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm

Job Specification:

  • Handling incoming enquiries by email and telephone
  • Handling any messages coming through on our Social Media Platforms.
  • Processing customer bookings
  • Taking payments and handling documentation
  • Sending confirmations of all details as required
  • General Admin for the office.

Person Specification:

  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be well-organised, enthusiastic and hard-working
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to deal with the demands of working in a pressured environment
