Office Admin and General Support- 6 Month Contract

Job Description

Tulleys Farm is looking for a Office Admin team member to join our office throughout the Summer, Halloween and Christmas period. We are looking for someone to support of Visitor Experience team. This is a temporary role up until 24th December 2024.

Must be able to work weekends.

Typical working hours:

  • July-September- 09:00-17:00
  • October-09:00-17:00 or 13:00-20:00
  • November-December- 09:00-18:00

Job Specification:

  • Handling incoming enquiries by email and telephone
  • Handling any messages coming through on our Social Media Platforms.
  • Processing customer bookings
  • Taking payments and handling documentation
  • Sending confirmations of all details as required
  • General Admin for the office.

Person Specification:

  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be well-organised, enthusiastic and hard-working
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to deal with the demands of working in a pressured environment
