Job Description

Tulleys Drive-In Cinema is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the upcoming summer season. As a drive-in cinema that offers a unique experience, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and an unforgettable time at the movies.

Please note, those under 18 MUST have parental consent and MUST have completed their GCSE examinations. We do not accept applications from anyone under 16 years old.

Duration: Friday 26th July to Monday 26th August (Summer Season)

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers, provide a warm welcome, assist them with ticketing and any enquiries they may have. Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests.
2. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the cinema area, including toilets, seating areas, and parking area. Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for each screening.
3. Manage traffic flow and direct vehicles to appropriate parking spaces. Ensure a smooth and organised entrance and exit process for customers.
4. Maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations. Monitor and report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong customer service manner.
3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
5. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
6. Punctuality and reliability.
