· Experience of working in a multi-stakeholder environment, balancing competing demands.

· Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and advice on complex business issues.

· Demonstrable experience in taking ownership of workstreams and improving financial processes.

· Positive approach to change, with a commitment to supporting organisational strategy.

About You

· Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with significant relevant experience.

· Strong financial management skills, ideally within events, hospitality, tourism, or another seasonal/fast-paced sector.

· Experience in cash flow management and forecasting with variable income streams.

· Hands-on, flexible, and comfortable working in both busy operational periods and quieter off-season planning phases.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems.

· Commercially minded with a keen eye for process improvement.

Why Join Us?

· Be part of a creative, dynamic, and growing industry.

· Competitive salary

· Opportunity to shape and lead the finance function.
