Tulleys Escape Rooms - Games Master

WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?
We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join our escape room team. Tulleys is a fun and creative environment, where our highly skilled Games Masters make the difference between a good experience and a great one! If you know how to deliver exceptional customer service, and have a passion for the entertainment industry, then you could be the person we need. Our rooms are award-winning, immersive experiences that our GM’s bring to life for every team, whether that be younger or novice players, corporate groups, family & friend groups or well-seasoned enthusiasts!
Roles and Responsibilities
As Games Master, you will be responsible for observing each group for the duration of their experience on CCTV Cameras. Your role will involve clueing (in character!), ensuring that each team gets just the right amount of help, as well as controlling the game through a series of triggers and effects. You will be ensuring that the game flows well for each team and will learn what to do to make each experience unique and fun for our customers.
Briefing & de-briefing teams will allow you to tailor the experience and keep the team engaged throughout their visit, as well as passing on key health & safety points to ensure a smooth game.
In between games, you will learn how each room should be reset, with the focus on consistency and a quick turnaround. Working props, puzzles & padlocks are essential at the start of each game, as well as a clean & well-maintained room.
We have a bar that sells drinks & snacks to our customers, and you will also be trained on how to check teams in at our front counter, welcoming them to Tulleys Escape Rooms!
